Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match

Samoa Joe vs. Kevin Owens vs. Bobby Roode vs. Braun Strowman vs. The Miz vs. Rusev vs. Finn Balor vs. Someone from The New Day

So we don’t yet know which member of The New Day is going to be in this Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match but to be honest, it really doesn’t even matter. You could throw any one of those guys in here and you’d still have one of the biggest MITB matches in history. Just look at the star power here and the stories that could come out of it. You have to start with Braun Strowman, who you wouldn’t necessarily think would be built for this type of match but has been proven that he can do just about anything. Think about him walking around with that briefcase and tell me that wouldn’t be gold. The same could be said for Samoa Joe. I think heel Bobby Roode would be fun with that case and the phrase “Glorious cash-in” is like printing money. Rusev is crazy over right now and Rusev Day could become Cash-In Day. Finn Balor still hasn’t gotten that shot at the Universal Championship that he deserves but he almost seems too nice for something like this. The Miz and Kevin Owens are two of the best heels in the business and would play this role to perfection. There’s just so many different ways this could go.

Prediction: It almost seems too easy to say that Strowman is going to win this thing. I think he wins a world title on his own at some point. You can almost take the babyfaces out of this thing as the briefcase is always better on a heel anyway. I don’t think they’ll give it to Rusev or Owens at this point, although I’d be fine with either. So that leaves me with The Miz and Samoa Joe and that’s a really tough call. While I’d like to say that Samoa Joe is the way to go, I think they give it to The Miz. He’s been so good over the last couple of years, the best he’s ever been, and I do think he deserves it so we’ll make him the official pick.
