25. Mark Ingram, New Orleans Saints

Ingram is suspended for the first four games of the season which obviously hurts his value. It also doesn’t help that Alvin Kamara will the focal point of the offense. However, the Saints have enough firepower to support two fantasy relevant running backs.

24. Lamar Miller, Houston Texans

Miller’s fantasy production over the past few years has not lived up to the hype. He has flashed big-time potential, but has only delivered average numbers. However, if you look at him as a flex or fringe starter than he’s still worth consideration at the right point in the draft.

One thing to keep an eye on with Miller is the health of D’Onta Foreman who will take some carries way once on the field.

23. LeSean McCoy, Buffalo Bills

McCoy’s status as a elite fantasy running back is rapidly deteriorating. His age is an obvious factor, but so is the Bills questionable offensive attack and McCoy’s off-field distractions. It’s tough to see  him doing a ton with the touches he’ll get this year.

22. Ronald Jones II, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Jones is the most physically talented running back on the Buccaneers roster. That will eventually push ahead of Peyton Barber on the depth chart. The Buccaneers running backs could be in line for some extra work while Jameis Winston is suspended.

21. Royce Freeman, Denver Broncos

Freeman has been the talk of the Broncos training camp and has a chance to be a significant fantasy contributor. The Broncos have a solid offensive line and enough pass-catching options to keep the defense honest.

It helps that Devontae Booker hasn’t look good in his opportunities which is one of the reasons why the Broncos drafted Freeman in the first place.
