Jacksonville Jaguars – Mark Brunell

The Jacksonville Jaguars franchise was established back in 1993, though they did not play their first game until the 1995 season. One of those rare franchises that gets off to a fast start after being established, the Jaguars were playoff mainstays from 1996-99, as they were led by a stellar quarterback in Mark Brunell.

The left-handed Brunell played with incredible passion, and while he never led the Jaguars to a conference title, he still is one of the more iconic players in franchise history. He had tremendous talent at the wide receiver position in Jimmy Smith and Keenan McCardell, and knew how to exploit defenses with his talented weapons.

After Brunell left Jacksonville, they made the playoffs only twice in the 2000s, once in 2005, and another in 2007. It was the jerseys from their solid run back in the late 1990s this is the must-have for Jaguars fans, and there is no shortage of players you could choose from.

Jacksonville fell on some hard times from 2007 up until the 2017 season, when the franchise finally started turning things around. The Jaguars really surprised the NFL landscape by making it all the way to the AFC Championship Game, though they blew a fourth quarter lead to Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.

Heading into 2018, many like the Jaguars to get back to the AFC title game, and possibly even clinch their first spot in the Super Bowl. They have a liability in quarterback Blake Bortles, but the rest of the roster is solid, and their defense may be the best in the conference.
