29. Sam Bradford (LW: 24)

How long until Bradford is replaced and we get to see Josh Rosen leading the Cardinals? Nobody is less exciting to watch even when he’s playing well, but putting together a stat line of 20-of-34 for 153 yards and a pick against the Redskins is impossibly mind-numbing.

28.  Marcus Mariota (LW: 22)

At what point do we start considering Mariota to be a potential bust? In the first game of his fourth season, Mariota looked dazed and confused against a horrid Miami Dolphins secondary. He left injured, but while on the field threw a pair of picks in a disappointing loss.

27. Sam Darnold (LW: 27)

The Jets won big in Detroit, but let’s not rush to judgement here. It’s this space’s opinion that Darnold will prove the best quarterback from the 2018 class, but he wasn’t asked to do much on Monday night. After a pick-six on his first NFL play, Darnold settled in nicely, finishing 16-of-21 for 198 yards and two touchdowns. Look for Darnold to move up this list quickly once he earns some stripes.

26. Ryan Fitzpatrick (LW: 31)

Fitzy! The Buccaneers have to be thrilled with one of the week’s best performances, shockingly coming from Ryan Fitzpatrick. The well-traveled journeyman went great guns, throwing for 417 yards and four touchdowns to pull the stunning upset.
