Jim Harbaugh Division

25. Eli Manning (LW: 23)

Manning slides down the list because the Giants need more form him. The two-time Super Bowl champ has been regressing in recent seasons, and against Jacksonville, Manning threw a back-breaking pick-six to Myles Jack. Was he under pressure? Yep. Does he need to pull the ball down there and live for another down? Yep.

24. Joe Flacco (LW: 28)

Flacco has Lamar Jackson behind him, and the veteran played like his job was on the line. The Baltimore Ravens cruised to a 47-3 win over the hapless Bills, and Flacco did his part. Six receivers had more than 30 yards, while the Delaware product totaled 236 yards and three scoring strikes.

23. Ryan Tannehill (LW: 25)

What to make of Tannehill? After missing more than a year with a torn ACL, the former collegiate receiver threw a pair of touchdowns to go with a pair of picks. The game was ugly, Tannehill was average and the Dolphins should be thrilled to be 1-0.

22. Tyrod Taylor (LW: 20)

Taylor played in a monsoon, so he’s largely being forgiven for his hideous performance. It also didn’t help that his offensive line is basically a wet paper bag, allowing seven sacks. Still, we need improvement off of 15-of-40 for 197 yards.

21. Case Keenum (LW: 26)

Keenum lit up the Seattle Seahawks to the tune of 329 yards and 8.4 yards per attempt. So why does he only move up to 21st? Keenum can’t throw three interceptions against a good team. He survived against the Seahawks, but that won’t be the case in most contests.
