Start: Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs

vs. San Francisco 49ers

A big man admits when he is wrong and Patrick Mahomes has proven me wrong– twice. He obviously has a great feel for this offensive attack and is putting up huge numbers. Mahomes is basically a must-start fantasy quarterback until further notice.

This week’s matchup against the San Francisco 49ers shouldn’t cause Mahomes much problems. He will continue to have opportunities to showcase his arm talent and put up fantasy points.

One key to his long-term fantasy production is the poor play of the Chiefs defense. This secondary is a major problem and will force Mahomes and the offense to score early and often. It’ll be interesting to see if that type of pressure gets to Mahomes at any point.

However, his defense at Texas Tech didn’t provide many stops so he is use to this type of scenario.

Sit: Andrew Luck, Indianapolis Colts

@ Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles defense is going to look to put a ton of pressure on Andrew Luck. Their pass-rushing group is far more talented than the Colts offensive line. Indianapolis may look to get the ball out of Luck’s hand quickly which won’t open up many shots down field.

Luck has looked rusty so far this season. He already has three interceptions on the year and the opportunistic Eagles defense will be looking to add to that total.
