2. player. 46. . Defensive Tackle. Houston. Ed Oliver

Playing on Thursday night, Ed Oliver and his Houston teammates were on full display in front of a national audience. Oliver did not disappoint, racking up double-digit tackles, showing why he is one of the more dominating players in college football  this season.

If you look across the many different mock drafts out there, Oliver is one name that  you consistently see at the top of the first round. An incredibly talented player who can push offensive lineman with ease, Oliver is going to be a name you hear early in round one next April, and would be a perfect addition to the Indianapolis Colts.

The Colts have struggled mightily in Andrew Luck’s first season back, and while the future could still be bright, they are going to have a tough time collecting wins in 2018. In fact, the Colts have a better chance of picking at No. 1 than they do of winning the AFC South, which they used to do on a yearly basis.

On both sides of the ball, the Colts need help up front, and Oliver can be a guy that stuffs the middle for you on defense. He is one of the more talented defensive tackles we have seen in a long time, and would instantly add credibility to the Colts defensive line in year one.
