No. 7 Jarvis Landry vs. Los Angeles (Chargers)

Bless ’em again. Landry is back on this list. The Browns are winning, sort of? Hey, they rebounded after the bad loss to Oakland and beat Baltimore, no easy task. 12-9, a real barn burner.

This week should be a different battle against a tough Chargers team that can put up a lot of points.  A balanced San Diego offense even with a pass-happy Rivers suggests Baker and the Browns will have to score a bunch.

The Chargers have the fifth worst yards per pass attempt average in the league at 8.6. That bodes well for Landry who only has nine catches the last two weeks and just 103 yards to boot.

Start Landry in what feels like a Baker breakout game against the Chargers. Of their 16 passing touchdowns allowed, 11 have been through the air. The Browns have been getting the run going more in recent weeks and that’s to Baker’s benefit.

With promising wideouts in Higgins and Calloway, Landry leads the charge for that core.
