Robert Woods, Los Angeles Rams – $6,900

Robert Woods has been a phenomenal downfield threat for Jared Goff and the Los Angeles Rams this season. As stated each week we like to stack our quarterback with one of his skill position players. This matchup offers a lot of upside for Woods. In Week 5 his receiving teammates Cooper Kupp and Brandin Cooks both left with concussions in the win against the Seattle Seahawks.

Through five games, Woods has amassed 415 total receiving yards, three touchdowns on 29 total receptions. Woods has had 41 total targets thus far in this offense. Week 6 offers up another good matchup against a weak Denver Broncos defense that ranks 26th overall in the NFL. This gives Woods a great opportunity to see a lot of targets and make some plays this Sunday.

In 2018, Woods has averaged 83 receiving yards and 5.8 total receptions per game. In Week 5, Woods caught five of seven targets for 92 yards, while adding two rushes for 53 total yards. In the absence of his fallen teammates Woods has proven he can be the playmaker in this high-octane offense.

Stacking Goff and Woods helps add total points to our high-value lineup this week. A proven strategy that helps you win week-to-week. Always keep this strategy in mind when a good matchup presents itself such as this. Woods will no doubt play a huge role against the Broncos weak secondary on Sunday.

The Denver defense has allowed 395.8 total yards, 256.2 passing yards, 139.6 rushing yards and 26.2 total points per game. The Broncos will have their hands full against the NFL’s No.1 ranked offense. Woods and the Rams should win in blowout fashion.

Prediction: 85 receiving yards, 1 touchdown
