Loser: Oregon Ducks (No. 12 down to No. 19)

Pullman isn’t exactly the easiest place for foes to travel and Oregon was the latest victim of some Pac-12 After Dark craziness on Saturday.

The Ducks came in riding high with wins over ranked teams in Cal and Washington but found themselves down 27-0 at halftime. Nearly pulling an incredible comeback in the third quarter alone with 17 unanswered points, the Ducks fell shy of improving to 6-1 on the year, losing to the Cougars, 34-20.

It was a disappointing way to kick off a two-game road stretch and it could doom this team when it comes to the Pac-12 North chase. Two losses doesn’t exactly rule the Ducks out yet, but they’ll need to win out while Stanford and Washington State each lose two more times.

Mario Cristobal has a talented team at his disposal but it just didn’t come to play on Saturday night and was rocked by Mike Leach and Co.

The Ducks dropped a decent amount and the College Football Playoff is likely no longer an option, but they can still play for that New Year’s Six bid.
