Fantasy Football, Week 8: High value plays for FanDuel
By Dylan Broady
T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis Colts, $7,400
Stats: 319 receiving yards, 4 touchdowns
(5 games)
T.Y. Hilton was a sight for sore eyes in Week 7 against the Buffalo Bills. Hilton caught four balls for 25 receiving yards and two touchdowns. This Colts team is starting to come along nicely. Mack has provided a solid run game since coming back from injury. Hilton is a huge part of this offense. His chemistry with quarterback Andrew Luck is undeniable. Hilton and the Colts have a great Week 8 matchup.
We are always looking for good matchups where we can stack our quarterback with one of his skill position players. Week 8 should be the perfect matchup to stack Luck and Hilton on FanDuel. This method in a good matchup will provide you with more points in your lineup. Hilton has four touchdowns in five games played this season.
The Oakland Raiders are lost, that’s the only way to put it. Trading away key star players and letting others go. At this point Jon Gruden was better off announcing games from the booth. Hilton and Luck will exploit the Raiders weak secondary on Sunday that is 22nd-ranked against the pass. No one would be surprised if Luck and Hilton hook up for another pair of touchdowns this weekend.
When Hilton is on the field and healthy, he is the Colts most lethal weapon. Last season even without Andrew Luck, Hilton was a player the defense had to plan for. There’s no denying that with a healthy Luck, Hilton looks back to his old self once again, dominating ball games with his big time play ability. Sunday in Oakland, Hilton is a must-have, high-value play in daily fantasy.
Prediction: 100 receiving yards, 1 touchdown
