(6) Georgia at (9) Kentucky – 3:30 p.m. ET – CBS

No, you’re not looking at a preview for a college basketball game…. The Kentucky Wildcats have decided to play some football this year and will host Georgia in one of biggest games in the programs history.

The stakes can’t get much higher than this in the regular season, because this game will ultimately decided the SEC East champion. The Wildcats have evolved into one of the toughest defenses in the SEC and are led by star linebacker Josh Allen. The linebacker has had no trouble getting into the backfield, which has allowed Allen to rack up 10 sacks, 14.5 tackles for loss, and 5 forced fumbles. If he doesn’t drop off the map down the stretch, Allen is bound to be the SEC defensive player of the year and a consensus All-American.

Georgia will look to attack the Kentucky defense on the ground, which is something they got away from in their loss to LSU. However, last weekend the Bulldogs never gave it up and pounded the Florida Gators in Jacksonville. It will be a much tougher match-up against the Wildcats defense, but with a stable of running backs and a quarterback that led you to a National Championship game just a year ago, the Bulldogs should have no trouble moving the ball in Lexington.

Although fans love to see an underdog take down a powerhouse like Georgia, don’t expect the Wildcats to escape with a victory this Saturday.
