Adam Humphries, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Stats: eight catches, 82 yards and two touchdowns

Over the past four games, Adam Humphries has worked his way into the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive game plan. His ability to find open spots in the defense has made him a very reliable target.

This past week, he trailed only Mike Evans in targets with eight. The Buccaneers offense is a strong unit that puts a lot of points on the board. They have been able to sustain several fantasy relevant options.

Humphries is just the latest to emerge. His upside might not be as big as someone like Chris Godwin, but he’s a more consistent target who brings more value in PPR formats.

Something that helps Humphries’ fantasy production is the fact the Buccaneers are a very pass-heavy offense. Their defense has struggled for much of the season which has forced the offense to chase points.

Of course, there are a lot of mouths to feed in this offense. The Buccaneers feature Evans, Humphries, Godwin, DeSean Jackson, O.J. Howard and Cameron Brate. So adding Humphries is means you will need to monitor his work load.

However, he would be a good bye week filler when the rest of your roster is lacking depth.
