25. Josh Rosen (LW: 28)

Rosen has to start showing a bit more than he has for the Cardinals. Yes, the supporting cast stinks — particularly the offensive line — but Rosen is throwing too many interceptions. Nine touchdowns and 10 picks isn’t getting it done, especially in the current NFL state.

24. Jameis Winston (LW: NA)

Winston is back, and it’s nothing to be excited about. He’s going to throw a bunch of interceptions and fumble the ball, something he did in relief on Sunday against the Giants. There’s no reason Tampa Bay should be playing him and risking injury. Cut him at season’s end and save $20 million.

23. Marcus Mariota (LW: 21)

Mariota is hurt again, but he was terrible before the hand injury. The Titans aren’t going to make waves in the AFC playoff picture with the former second-overall pick playing subpar football. In his fourth year, having a measly seven touchdown passes heading into Thanksgiving is embarrassing.

22. Eli Manning (LW: 27)

Manning was nearly perfect on Sunday in the win over Tampa Bay, only throwing a single incompletion while going for 231 yards and two touchdowns. Nobody is expecting anything resembling this play to continue, but it’s a nice memory.

21. Derek Carr (LW: 25)

Carr helped the Raiders get their second win of the season, throwing a pair of touchdowns in a last-second 23-21 win. Oakland will be monitoring Carr closely, hoping that he can turn his play around and save his job moving forward.
