4. Vance Joseph

Joseph lead his team to a big showdown win against the Chargers in Week 11, a team the Broncos have beaten in 12 of the last 15 games against them.

Week 12 presents a really big task with the 7-2-1 Steelers are coming to town. Joseph needs to win this game to prove to Elway and the Broncos faithful that he can win against the elite teams.

The Steelers are vulnerable but gritty. Coming away with a big comeback road victory over the Jaguars, they will look to replicate that same road success against Joseph and his Broncos this Sunday. Vance needs this win to get himself off the hot seat. If he can somehow upset the mighty Steelers on Thanksgiving weekend he will catapult himself into better pastures.

The Broncos need to focus on stopping the run. They have allowed 128 rushing yards per game this season. Joseph will have to find a way to stop James Conner and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, as he ranks in the top three amongst quarterbacks with rushing touchdowns. Joseph needing this win is an understatement.
