3. Sean McDermott

McDermott and his Bills enjoyed a much-needed bye week and now have to face a reeling Jaguars team. Both teams sit at 3-7 coming into this contest. McDermott has to prove he can stack more wins with a rag-tag group and this game is the perfect place to start. He has battled his young rookie quarterback being hurt and not having a very talented offense as a whole.

With all of that being said, McDermott has been able to coach up a top three defense this season. Everything isn’t on fire in Buffalo but a big win over a team that made the AFC Championship Game last season would definitely help his resume and his future in Buffalo. Buffalo is capable of winning this game and McDermott needs to take advantage of the Jaguars being in a slump.

The Bills offense has been absolutely terrible, scoring a league-low 13 touchdowns coming into this game. McDermott will be in front of his home crowd. Bills Mafia will be looking for a big win from their home team and McDermott needs to deliver that. Especially after the Bills made the playoffs last season. This fanbase and franchise finally looked like one that was moving in the right direction. This game has revenge written all over it as the Jaguars beat the Bills last season knocking them off in the Wild Card round.
