Robert Foster, WR, Buffalo Bills

Once a highly-touted prospect, injuries prevented Robert Foster from becoming a star at the University of Alabama, which has pumped out several standout receivers to the NFL like Calvin Ridley, Amari Cooper, and Julio Jones. Foster could be the latest standout NFL wide receiver to have played for the Crimson Tide in college, if his work over the past few weeks is any indication.

A Josh Allen-led offense, which is primarily supported by the first-round rookie’s legs, isn’t the easiest to predict from a target-share standpoint. But with Kelvin Benjamin gone and Charles Clay doing essentially nothing, the Buffalo Bills passing attack is Foster’s and Zay Jones’s to own.

Last week, it was Foster’s turn to shine, as he hauled in seven passes on eight targets for 104 yards against the New York Jets. Foster had 105 receiving yards against the Jets earlier this year, albeit on just three receptions, and this was his third game with 90+ receiving yards in his last four.

Foster hasn’t necessarily been the most consistent option for the Bills, and he’s only emerged as a star in this offense in November. That said, his speed and overall skill-set look legit, and it’s hard not to take notice of a career-high seven receptions. He is worth a flier when the Bills take on Matthew Stafford and the Detroit Lions in Week 15.
