28. . Defensive Tackle. Alabama. Quinnen Williams. 4. player

The Oakland Raiders hold three picks in the first round next April, which is a good thing, considering they have a ton of holes up and down their roster. Their first selection will come at No. 4 overall, and despite the need for a true pass rusher, they may decide to pick the best player available.

That player is Quinnen Williams from Alabama, who has the potential to be an Aaron Donald-type at the next level. During his time with the Crimson Tide, Williams displayed the kind of talent that is going to land him at the top of the 2019 NFL Draft, and if he does fall to No. 4, the Raiders would be wise to select him.

Oakland had the worst rush in football last season, finishing dead last in the league in sacks with 13. They brought in Mike Mayock, a former draft analyst for the NFL Network to be their general manager this past week, so having him and Jon Gruden collaborating on picks should help this franchise immensely.

This is going to be a multi-year rebuild for the Raiders, who have over $70 million in salary cap space as well this offseason. They did a nice job bringing in talented players during the 2018 NFL Draft, including PJ Hall and Maurice Hurst, two guys who play Williams’ position, but would certainly welcome his presence up front.
