18. Chicago Bears

The Bears already loaded up the offensive side of the ball with Taylor Gabriel, Allen Robinson and Anthony Miller last year. This won’t happen.

17. Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons have Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley. They aren’t paying for Brown as well.

16. Los Angeles Chargers

Los Angeles is stacked offensively. Acquiring Brown would mean moving Mike Williams, a former top-10 pick, down the depth chart after a promising season.

15. Houston Texans

The Texans were without both their first and second-round picks last year. They also have DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller, along with Demaryius Thomas. No dice.

14. New York Giants

There’s little chance that the Giants are going to pair Brown with Odell Beckham. Tons of talent, too much drama.

13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Buccaneers are already paying a fortune to Mike Evans and they are somewhat cap-strapped. Little chance this comes together.

12. Detroit Lions

Brown doesn’t seem like Matt Patricia’s kind of player, but the Lions desperately need to replace Golden Tate and energize the fanbase.

11. Buffalo Bills

On the surface, this should be much higher. However, general manager Brandon Beane has to ask himself if Brown would be happy or threaten to retire if traded to Buffalo.

10. Green Bay Packers

With Aaron Rodgers getting older, this at least has to be a consideration. Davante Adams is collecting a huge check, but Green Bay has room for another big contract.

9. Tennessee Titans

Does any team need receiver help more? Yes, Corey Davis could turn into a stud, but there is nobody else on the roster who makes you nervous in the passing game.
