28. . Edge. Kentucky. Josh Allen. 4. player

The Oakland Raiders have a lot of holes to fill on their roster as they inch towards the 2019 NFL Draft, and luckily for them, they have a ton of draft capital to get it done. The Raiders traded away talented stars like Amari Cooper and Khalil Mack for draft picks this past year, landing them three first round picks.

Their first round pick comes from the fact they were one of the worst teams in football last season, winning only four games. With that pick, the No. 4 overall, Oakland should look to bring in an edge rusher, as they were historically bad at getting after the quarterback throughout the 2018  season.

The good news is, there is a ton of talent at this position group in this draft class, including Josh Allen from Kentucky. Allen is a guy who could fill a number of holes on this Raiders defense, as he is not only elite off the edge, but could be a standout outside linebacker at the NFL level as well.

Mike Mayock was brought in to hit a home run with the 2019 NFL Draft, though the final say will come from head coach Jon Gruden. The Raiders have only one winning season since 2002, but with five first round picks over the next two drafts, and a bunch of cap space, they have a chance to revamp this roster big-time this offseason.
