2. Teddy Bridgewater (New Orleans Saints)

He is one of your more amazing NFL comeback stories. And while there was only a brief glimpse of New Orleans Saints’ quarterback Teddy Bridgewater this past season, you can bet that numerous teams have the talented performer on their radar this offseason. In 2014, the Minnesota Vikings traded up into the first round and used the last selection on Night One to grab the former University of Louisville standout. He would start 12 games as a rookie and then all 16 contests in ’15 as the Vikings finished 11-5 and would win the NFC North.

But a few weeks before the start of the 2016 NFL season, Bridgewater would suffer a devastating knee injury that threatened to perhaps and his career. There would be no football for Bridgewater that year and he would not take the field until Week 15 of ’17 against the Cincinnati Bengals

Last offseason, the New York Jets signed the free-agent signal-caller. After playing well during the preseason, he was dealt to the New Orleans Saints. He made five appearances during the season for Sean Payton’s club and started the club’s season finale against the Carolina Panthers. Of course, the Saints could opt to re-sign him and keep him around for another year. But he will have his share of suitors should he become available.
