High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,250

Bradley Beal (at DET – $8,800): Needs 40.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47 fantasy points against Chicago. You pretty much know what you’re getting from Beal at this point. He’s been very reliable with Wall out of the lineup and with Portis and Park on the team, it makes his job easier. The Pistons are playing better but I still don’t fully trust them on the defensive end. And offense has never really been the issue for the Wizards. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

D’Angelo Russell (at TOR – $7,800): Needs 36.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36.25 fantasy points against Chicago. The return of LeVert will continue to cut into Russell’s value as LeVert gets himself back into shape and rhythm. And even though this looks like a tough matchup, Russell has had a lot of success against the Raptors recently. He’s been over 42 fantasy points in both games against Toronto this season and is averaging 48.7 fantasy points in his last four games against them. So maybe this is just his matchup. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Jamal Murray (vs MIA – $6,300): Needs 29.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 40.75 fantasy points against Philadelphia. The Nuggets are slumping coming in but the Heat is on a back-to-back and Murray has been playing well, going over 40 fantasy points in his last two games. He’s an inconsistent option but I like this matchup for him and the way he’s been playing. The Nuggets offense hasn’t been the problem. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
