4. Bournemouth hold Manchester City to draw in exciting encounter

We’re coming into the final 10 games of the Premier League season and both Manchester City and Liverpool are neck and neck. One of those two sides is going to lift the trophy in May and now all the other teams in the league can do is prevent that.

Bournemouth will be the next team to try and dent City’s title challenge as they welcome Pep Guardiola’s side to the Vitality Stadium this weekend. Eddie Howe’s men have struggled of late and haven’t registered a win since the end of January, when they emphatically beat Chelsea 4-0.

The Cherries were demolished by Arsenal in midweek and will need to give a much better account of themselves on Saturday if they’re to stand a chance against Manchester City. The Light Blues had a less-than-glamorous 1-0 win over West Ham in midweek but will fancy their chances of scoring more on Saturday.

Bournemouth don’t have the best defensive record and the way they like to play soccer often leaves them susceptible to losing a lot of goals. However, their tighter pitch and the atmosphere at the Vitality could give them the necessary edge they need to take something out of this match.

City have a strong away record but they’ve lost to the likes of Newcastle and Leicester on the road this season which shows that they’re not unbeatable. Expect this match to be played at a fast pace and to be full of goals.

Bournemouth will pull into a two goal lead before being pegged back by Manchester City. However, the Manchester side won’t be able to find a third and will lose some ground on Liverpool in the title race.
