High Value PG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Jordan Clarkson (vs ORL – $5,300): Needs 25.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 23.25 fantasy points against Detroit. You can also go with Collin Sexton if you want to save a little bit of money but I like Clarkson’s scoring ceiling more. Both teams are on a back-to-back and while the Cavaliers are playing for nothing, they do have pride. And the Magic are making a playoff push, so this game might be a competitive one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Reggie Jackson (vs TOR – $5,500): Needs 26.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31 fantasy points against Cleveland. It’s a back-to-back but the Pistons were able to rest their top guys as the Cavaliers were no match. Still, it’s a tough matchup and Jackson can be all over the place with his production. But the minutes and opportunities are there, which counts for something. And we’ve seen Jackson have a big game in these situations. Maybe this is one where he surprises people. If nothing else, he should be around value. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Tomas Satoransky (vs MIN – $4,800): Needs 23 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.75 fantasy points against Boston. Satoransky has been a bit up-and-down in recent contests but he’s at a very good salary given his minutes, opportunities, and the matchup against the Timberwolves. He can do a bit of everything but I would expect the scoring and assists to be there more than anything in this matchup. I love this play given the salary and the Timberwolves not being good, especially on the road. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
