High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,250

Jrue Holiday (at UTA – $7,600): Needs 36.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47.25 fantasy points against Denver. You typically know what you’re getting from Holiday and even though this is a tough matchup, Holiday has been a reliable option all season. If Anthony Davis plays, I actually like him less because Davis is just a downer at this point. But even with Davis in the lineup, Holiday will at least get you value. If Davis doesn’t play, Holiday’s ceiling is higher. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Lou Williams (at LAL – $6,800): Needs 32.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32 fantasy points against New York. It’s technically a back-to-back but the Clippers got plenty of rest against the Knicks and they don’t even have to travel because they share a court with the Lakers. And this is a big game for both teams. It’s pretty much do-or-die for the Lakers. You know the Clippers want to be the ones to drive another nail in the Lakers coffin. And you know Lou Williams will step up in doing it. I love him on Monday. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Brandon Ingram (vs LAC – $6,600): Needs 31.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.75 fantasy points against Phoenix. Can we get Brandon Ingram some help? He continues to play great basketball and the Lakers are wasting it. I’m sold on Brandon Ingram right now, which means this will be the game where he falls off and does nothing. But based on his recent play, you can continue to ride the hot hand and hope someone else on the Lakers steps up. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
