Los Angeles Rams

The Los Angeles Rams showed last offseason that they are willing to be very aggressive when adding pieces to their roster. Les Snead orchestrated a few blockbuster trades while also signing a big name free agent like Ndamukon Suh.

This team’s Super Bowl window is still open and we could expect the Rams to continue to be aggressive.

One area that they need to address is the defensive tackle spot. Suh is a pending free agent who could command a sizeable deal on the open market. The Rams have some salary cap room, but not enough to get into a bidding war.

They would likely take a look at someone like Sheldon Richardson if the market for Suh gets to pricey. Richardson is younger than Suh, but doesn’t come with the same type of track record. This could keep the Rams within striking distance.

Richardson is a two-way player who can penetrate the pocket and holdup against the run. He would work well alongside the attacking style of Donald. It would also give the Rams some good depth at the position.

One thing working against the Rams is the fact Richardson is coming off a one-year deal with the Minnesota Vikings. He’ll likely be looking for a longer deal in the hopes of gaining some stability.
