High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,667

Devin Booker (vs MEM – $11,300): Needs 47.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 69 fantasy points against Washington. I keep telling you about end of season Booker and he keeps making me look very smart. His salary has jumped in a big way but again, I’m not in the business of doubting end of season Booker. The matchup can be tough with Memphis making things a slog. But Booker is out for his numbers and he’ll get them in this game. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Jimmy Butler (at MIN – $8,300): Needs 34.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32.9 fantasy points against Brooklyn. Butler has settled into a nice rhythm for the Sixers and this is a matchup I absolutely love him in. It’s his return to Minnesota, he gets the Timberwolves on a back-to-back and there’s no Embiid, which will get him more opportunities. Everything is lining up for Butler to produce in a big way. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Andrew Wiggins (vs PHI – $6,800): Needs 28.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 36.3 fantasy points against Golden State. It’s a back-to-back for the Timberwolves and Wiggins is never the most reliable option. He had just 24.8 fantasy points against the Sixers on Jan. 15. And I’m really not sure if he can withstand the heat that Jimmy Butler brings with his talking. The ceiling is relatively high but he could also easily bottom out because that’s Andrew Wiggins. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
