High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,667

Ben Simmons (at ATL – $9,800): Needs 43.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38.9 fantasy points against Dallas. Simmons is coming off a down game against the Mavericks but I’m not too worried about him. Not against this matchup anyway. He’s ben over 49 fantasy points in all three games against the Hawks this season and with Embiid and possibly Butler out of the lineup, he should be in for another strong night in this one. I love Simmons on Wednesday. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Trae Young (vs PHI – $9,100): Needs 40.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.2 fantasy points against San Antonio. It’s a back-to-back for the Hawks, which is the bad news. But the Sixers defense is a mess right now, especially with Embiid out of the lineup. And if Butler doesn’t play, that certainly won’t help their defense. Young had 52.7 fantasy points against them on Mar. 23 and has been great more often than not since the break. Trust the matchup and expect him to bounce back. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Ricky Rubio (at PHO – $6,700): Needs 29.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 38.9 fantasy points against Charlotte. With the Jazz becoming more banged up and having no reason to play guys against a team like the Suns, more offensive responsibility will fall on Rubio. He’s delivered more often than not as of late and remains at a great salary compared to the rest of the field. And it’s the Suns. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
