3. A healthy Dalvin Cook

A big reason why the Vikings were so heavily favored to win the NFC North last year was because of Dalvin Cook. As Cook limped through the season, the Vikings found themselves making Kirk Cousins throw way too much every game. Without a solid running attack, the Vikings could not turn to Cook to help carry the Vikings when the passing game was not always working.

All Vikings’ fans are hoping that Cook can return to being the top running back that everyone thought he would be. Not only would a fully healthy Cook be able to pace Minnesota during the games, but it would take off some of the load that fell on Cousins’ shoulders. Having a consistent and elite running game will do wonders for the entire offense.

If Cook can stay healthy and return to full speed, the Vikings will already be a much different team in 2019.
