. TE. Tennessee Titans. Noah Fant. 19. player. 35

Tennessee already has the makings of a terrific defense, but the offense hasn’t pulled its weight in years. The Titans spent the fifth-overall pick two years ago on wide receiver Corey Davis, and now General Manager Jon Robinson can invest in another young weapon. With T.J. Hockenson already off the board, Iowa teammate Noah Fant is the next-best at his position.

While Delanie Walker is slated to be back from his Achilles tear, that’s a major risk for the Titans to take. If Walker can’t return at full strength, Fant is there to pick up the slack. Tennessee needs to do whatever it can to support fifth-year quarterback Marcus Mariota, who desperately needs to take the next step in his career.

55. . WR. Pittsburgh Steelers. Marquise Brown. 20. player

The Steelers need a wide receiver. While they would never admit it, Pittsburgh would undoubtedly love to twist the knife on Antonio Brown, who has been nothing if not obnoxious in the months leading to his departure. In that vein, General Manager Kevin Colbert might have the perfect marriage of need and opportunity with Marquise Brown, who is electrifying … and Antonio’s cousin.

Pittsburgh could certainly go corner here, but the best bet to reclaim postseason glory is building up the offense to simply outscore opponents. It’s going to take years or a generational draft to make the defense an elite unit, but only one receiver to put the offense in that category.
