player. 36. . CB. Seattle Seahawks. Byron Murphy. 21

General Manager John Schneider is trying to remake the defense after a litany of departures over the past two offseasons. The Seahawks have an opportunity to draft a top-notch corner out of their backyard in Byron Murphy. It’s hard to see them passing that up. Murphy is a physical corner who dominated in the Pac-12, giving Seattle a potential shutdown talent.

Seattle has a variety of needs, and so it makes sense the Seahawks could go another direction here including EDGE or safety. Still, the best player on the board is Murphy and he fits well into Ken Norton Jr.’s scheme.

26. . C. Baltimore Ravens. Garrett Bradbury. 22. player

The temptation here is giving the Ravens a wide receiver. However, looking at the composition of the team and style of play, a lineman makes more sense. In that regard, Garrett Bradbury fits what Baltimore is trying to do. The Ravens need a center who can play with some power but more importantly, get to the second level in the run-option game.

Baltimore is going to be the heaviest run team in the league with Lamar Jackson at quarterback. Bradbury is a nice piece to fit into an offensive line that already has star guard Marshal Yanda and former first-round pick Ronnie Stanley.
