High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,667

CJ McCollum (vs OKC – $8,400): Needs 36.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 43.3 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. McCollum still hasn’t missed against the Thunder and I trust that he won’t miss until the second round. Until I see a bad performance out of him, I trust him with my life. This should be another huge game for him. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Caris LeVert (at PHI – $6,900): Needs 30 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 40 fantasy points against Philadelphia. LeVert has had some monster games in this series but he’s also been down. I still like him because he’s proven that he can get it done in a big way. Maybe Russell has a higher overall ceiling but LeVert has simply provided better value. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

High Value SG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Gary Harris (vs SA – $5,300): Needs 23.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.2 fantasy points against San Antonio. Harris has been steady in this series and I definitely trust him at home. He’s a guy who will step up in this game and he was great in the first two games in Denver. He’ll get it done again. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Danny Green (vs ORL – $4,500): Needs 19.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.4 fantasy points against Orlando. You’re looking at some risky options above Green but there are some high ceilings there. I like Green simply due to his reliable nature and his salary. He’s also a guy who I trust in the playoffs because he’s been here before. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.
