Players costing over $6,667

Paul George (at POR – $10,700): Needs 43.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 55 fantasy points against Portland. George has been consistent in this series, which counts for something. The ceiling hasn’t quite been there and I don’t exactly trust either of the two Thunder stars for various reasons. But George will get numbers because he’s too good of a player not to get numbers. I still like the cheaper option. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Kawhi Leonard (vs ORL – $9,800): Needs 40.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 55.2 fantasy points against Orlando. And here’s the cheaper option. Kawhi can get you similar production at a cheaper price. It’s a closeout game for the Raptors and I expect them to close out strong on the back of Kawhi. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Maurice Harkless (vs OKC – $5,400): Needs 22.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41 fantasy points against Oklahoma City. Harkless really came alive in Game 4 and while Aminu has been doing most of the heavy lifting, it was nice of him to show off his ceiling. The minutes and opportunities are going to be there for him and I love the Blazers on Tuesday. They should come out very strong against a Thunder team with no juice. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Jared Dudley (at PHI – $3,700): Needs 15.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 20.5 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Let’s talk about Jared Dudley since this will be the last time we will talk about Jared Dudley. I love this man. I don’t know if he’s going to get you numbers in this game or even if he’s going to play the minutes. But the value small forward options aren’t great and screw it, show Jared Dudley some love. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a decent ceiling.
