Players costing over $6,250

Jimmy Butler (at TOR – $6,800): Needs 31.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.25 fantasy points against Brooklyn It’s time for Jimmy Butler to be playoff Jimmy. The Sixers are going to have trouble scoring the ball with Harris and Simmons on the perimeter but he know Butler can get his own shots and get bucks against the best of them, even Kawhi. He’s not always reliable but I do love his ceiling in this matchup because of his scoring ability. He averaged 43.9 fantasy points in four games against the Raptors this season. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Jamal Murray (vs SA – $6,300): Needs 29.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27.75 fantasy points against San Antonio. The Nuggets are back at home and that should mean big things for Murray’s value in Game 7. He’s a guy who I trust will rise to the occasion in this moment. He’s obviously streaky but I have a good feeling about him being in Denver. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

High Value SG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Gary Harris (vs SA – $4,800): Needs 22 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.25 fantasy points against San Antonio. Harris is trending down but the minutes and opportunities are still there for him. And I have to trust that he can pick up his game in this Game 7. We know what he’s capable of and I’m not in love with any of the other options in this spot. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Torrey Craig (vs SA – $4,400): Needs 20.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 24 fantasy points against San Antonio. But if you want to save money and get similar production, you can go with Craig. He’s been a solid player since getting minutes and joining the starting lineup. The Nuggets will be better, at least with their shooting, in Game 7. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
