High Salary Forwards/Centers

Players costing over $12,000

Giannis Antetokounmpo (at TOR – $17,500): Needs 70.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 41.2 fantasy points against Toronto. Giannis was down in Game 5 and that’s slightly concerning because maybe the Raptors defense has done a better job on him? He’s also potentially banged up with the ankle injury that kept him out at the end of a close Game 5, which was just weird. But I’m also not going to doubt Giannis with the Bucks season on the line. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Kawhi Leonard (vs MIL – $16,000): Needs 64.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 61.9 fantasy points against Milwaukee. And I’m definitely not doubting Kawhi, who has been the best and most consistent player in the playoffs. The knee injury doesn’t seem to be a thing anymore and if you’re going to take Kawhi then you should definitely make him your top pick. Kawhi doesn’t want to go back to Milwaukee and will do everything he can to make sure this series ends in Toronto. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Pascal Siakam (vs MIL – $12,000): Needs 49 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 43.6 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Siakam was back up in Game 5 and that’s hopefully a good sign heading into Game 6. He has been up-and-down in this series but the minutes and opportunities will continue to be there, which is a good overall sign. He’s a good PRO pick and could even jump up to STAR depending on the rest of your lineup. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
