5 games we wish were at E3 2019
3. Starfield
In reality, almost nothing is known about Starfield. All that is known is it’s Bethesda’s first original IP in more than 20 years. It’s also supposed to be an RPG space epic. Other than that, the details on this game are very small. It’s something Bethesda will be working on for a very long time.
If you were hoping to hear about this game at E3 2019, then think again. Executive producer, Todd Howard, has already confirmed fans need to be “be patient,” because the game won’t be at E3. It’s unfortunate, considering the game was revealed at E3 2018. Maybe the announcement was made prematurely?
This wouldn’t be the first time though. There are many games that are announced and sometimes, we go more than a year without any updates. At least Howard gave us a heads up this time. Still, it’s a game we’re very interested in since it’s something entirely new from the studio.
The fact that Bethesda is taking its time with this project is a good thing. It will include a new game engine and considering it takes place in space, we can only imagine just how massive in scope this game will be. It may take awhile, but hopefully, it lives up to the hype.
