On the road to winning several College Football Playoff national championships, Clemson has fully embraced their platform to show the world just how well purple and orange can work together in a color scheme. Under Dabo Swinney, they have worked to avoid unnecessary changes and better integrate their appearance on a week-to-week basis, but Clemson has proven willing to switch things up on occasion.

The core of the look is the easily distinguishable paw that is the staple of the Clemson brand. Even when the Tigers opt to switch up the color scheme for their jerseys and pants, the helmets have retained their traditional look. The orange field features the white paw emblazoned on each side, and a thick white stripe bracketed by two purple stripes runs down the middle.

It is a helmet that integrates well with any of the combinations the Tigers might put together with the rest of their uniform pieces. With paws printed on the shoulders of every jersey, the look is further integrated. Recently Clemson has stuck mostly with their orange-on-white and all-white looks, they did embrace the all-purple look as recently as last season:

With such a visible place in the college football universe in the 21st century, the Tigers have acquitted themselves impressively not just on the scoreboard but also in their wardrobe. Their judicious use of every school color at their disposal gives them a color palette that is uniquely Clemson.
