And also this

This show is very heavy on the actual wrestling — a smart move considering NXT UK is in fact a show about wrestling — so there’s very little to report on in the realm of “other relevant stuff.”

Normally we’re all in on dragging Grizzled Young Veterans — bragging about being locker room leaders while no one from said locker room has ever corroborated this statement — but Radzi’s conduct in this interview is uncalled for. You gotta let the guys work out in peace! His actions even get James Drake to actually speak up for once instead of making almost-weird faces in the background. Whatever he says sounds like complete gibberish, but it’s loud and gets the point across.

Regardless, Grizzled Young Veterans — after escaping Moustache Mountain with their tag titles intact — are straight up bored. They feel they have already beaten everyone and want some fresh competition. If they are indeed “sssssoon” to be recognized as the most prestigious champions in all of WWE, maybe they should consider taking on some non-NXT UK tag teams. Just a thought. After all, they are but one great tag team in a whole company full of them, whether the guy that owns the place realizes it or not.

Next week, Dave Mastiff speaks! You love to see a dog learn new tricks. He’s going to respond to Joe Coffey calling him out. Our response: Hey let’s put these two in a match at TakeOver: Cardiff!

That will do it for this week’s NXT UK recap. What does Imperium’s dominance mean for the future of NXT UK? Is the person who will defeat WALTER even on the roster right now? Have you ever thrown your friend’s face in the mud and was your relationship ever able to recover?

Give us your thoughts on those questions and anything NXT UK-related down in the comments. And if you enjoyed yourself reading this, please give us a share or a shout out on social media.
