DraftKings MLB Stack Options:

Washington Nationals vs. Jordan Lyles:

The Nats are hitting a robust .383 against Lyles in 60 at bats with a homer and 12 runs so far. Turner has the homer and four of the RBI. Gerardo Parra is 9-24(.375) with four runs. Matt Adams and Howie Kendrick have hit Lyles well too. Lyles has never faced Juan Soto, but I’m guessing that wont end well either. If you are looking to move off of a Rockies stack, this is a nice alternative.

Minnesota Twins vs. Ariel Jurado:

Jurado’s 5.58 home ERA isn’t scaring anyone. Minnesota’s offense is a little beaten up right now, but Sano, Max Kepler, and Eddie Rosario still have really good power. I’m really liking Jason Castro and Marwin Gonzalez for their prices as well. Marwin is finally starting to hit like the Twins thought he could when they signed him.

San Francisco Giants vs. Taylor Clarke:

Clarke has allowed nine runs in 9.1 innings to the Giants this year. It’s hard to get a bead on Clarke right now since he was solid against the Nationals in his last start before his demotion and at Yankee Stadium at the end of July. Still, the Giants are cheap and they have already proven they can hit him. Brandon Crawford, Mike Yastrzemski, Alex Dickerson, and Scooter Gennett are my top targets tonight. Brandon Belt is mired in quite a slump or I would use him too. Instead I’ll finish this off with Stephen Vogt if he’s in the lineup.

Colorado Rockies vs. Hector Noesi:

Okay, at this point the Marlins aren’t even trying anymore. Noesi has a 8.18 ERA in two major league starts this year and a 5.38 ERA in 109 career games. On the bright side, Rockies fans don’t have to show up early to take in batting practice! Blackmon, Yonder Alonso, and Daniel Murphy are my main targets here. We can easily flip to McMahon if the Rockies don’t use Murphy at second. And how do you so no to an Arenado Story at home? You don’t. Lock them in!

Los Angeles Angels vs. Hector Santiago:

First Edwin, now this? Teams in the AL Central really don’t care anymore, do they? Santiago has a 7.11 ERA in seven MLB appearances this year and couldn’t even survive the Tigers in his last start on August 6. Lock and load on the Angels. I don’t care if Mike Trout costs $20,000. We should probably play him. This could be a situation where Justin Upton finally gets on track too. I’m not opposed to using lefties either after I add in Pujols. Ohtani and Kole Calhoun both hit lefties well enough to join this stack.

Chicago White Sox vs. Jose Suarez:

First off, I would like to thank the Angels for throwing yet another lefty out there so we can use the cheap White Sox bats. McCann isn’t really cheap anymore, but he’s affordable enough. Same with Jose Abreu. Tim Anderson and Eloy Jimenez still look pretty cheap for what they can do. Suarez has allowed 12 runs in his last two starts. I will use White Sox players as stack fillers in every lineup tonight.
