Draftkings NFL GPP pivots: Sample lineup

This is where I try to give you my roster construction strategy each week and I toss out a sample lineup. Please remember, the sample lineup is not intended to be a “plug and play” lineup. But rather it is used to illustrate the players, games, and types of correlation plays that I will be targeting

With cheap backs being very popular this week, we could see the higher-priced guys go overlooked. And if guys are paying up at receiver, then there should be a number of cheap or mid-range options at that position that will be appealing, too.

I always want a correlation in my lineups. I wrote a piece here about NFL GPP strategy in which I laid out all of my reasoning for having lineups that are highly correlated in GPPs.

This particular lineup is a three-man Jags stack with Foles, Fournette, and Westbrook and I am including Kelce as my lone Chiefs player coming back the other way. I also have some correlation with Cook and Julio from the Vikings-Falcons game. I wasn’t able to pair up any running backs with a defense, but I do like the Carson-Seattle and Johnson-Detroit pairings a lot.

My top three games stacks this week will be Minnesota-Atlanta, Jacksonville-Kansas City, and Tampa Bay-San Francisco.

QB: Nick Foles

RB: Leonard Fournette

RB: Mark Ingram

WR: Julio Jones

WR: John Brown

WR: Dede Westbrook

TE: Travis Kelce

Flex: Dalvin Cook

Defense: Seattle
