3. Leicester beat Manchester United at Old Trafford

One of the more exciting games this weekend features Manchester United and Leicester. The Red Devils have had a below-average start to the season and with every game that they drop points, the pressure mounts on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Leicester have picked up where they left off last season – playing great soccer and really challenging every team they came up against. The Foxes have got a great manager in Brendan Rodgers and they’ve got some fantastic young talents in their squad.

The likes of James Maddison and Youri Tielemans are two fantastic young players that are running Leicester’s midfield whilst giving the team’s strikers plenty of opportunities to score. Manchester United will be wary of the attacking threat that Leicester possess but Solksjaer should be looking for his side to always be on the front foot at home.

The best time to beat Leicester is in the opening of a match before they get settled. This showed in their match at Stamford Bridge when Chelsea could have scored two or three in the first 25 minutes if it weren’t for some poor finishing/good goalkeeping.

If Brendan Rodgers’ side can settle into a match then they will start to consistently find passes in the midfield as well as space going forward. United don’t have a particularly fast defense and Leicester should look to draw them out through possession allowing Jamie Vardy more space to run in behind.

Due to the way Leicester play it’s likely that they will concede as well which means they will have to find the net twice in order to win this one. Marcus Rashford will find the net for the Red Devils before goals from Vardy and Tielemans seal the victory for the Foxes.
