Fantasy Football picks: Week 5 TNF Rams vs. Seahawks

DK Metcalf – This is my top value play on the single-game slate. He is second on the team in snaps, at 80% just over 20 targets almost 200 yards and one score. This has been a very solid season especially when you consider the fact that he had surgery right before the regular season, and was not even supposed to play in week one. The Seahawks are a run-first team, and even though Lockett is the top receiver, DK has seen just as many targets and has so much upside considering how cheap he is on FanDuel.

Tyler Higbee – In his first game back from an injury, Higbee came back and got seven targets, playing less than 50% of the snaps. The one thing that was important was that Higbee got seven targets on a very limited number of snaps. Everett also got eight targets, and scored a touchdown, but had been non-productive in every other game. These two will basically split snaps, with Tyler getting more targets, and he comes at a great discount for only 6k on FanDuel.

Rashaad Penny – This isn’t my favorite play by any means, but he was having some good success in week two right before the injury with ten carries, 62 yards, and a score. Penny was working into a timeshare with Carson, it will be difficult to imagine if he will return to that role in his first game back, or if he will just be a change of pace back. This is why Penny is a GPP value play for me and not a cash play.
