. Quarterback. Miami Dolphins. Justin Herbert. 3. player. 59

The Miami Dolphins fall out of the No. 1 overall selection this week, but that is only because they actually had their bye week in Week 5. Truth be told, this is a team that is going to struggle to win even one game this season, so expect them to be drafting very early when the 2020 NFL Draft rolls around next April.

With their first of three first round picks, the Dolphins have to address the quarterback spot, and they do so at No. 3 overall. The two biggest names in this draft class when it comes to quarterback are Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa, and Oregon’s Justin Herbert, who the team would pick here if he is  still available.

Herbert has the perfect skill set to be a dominant quarterback at the NFL level, and he would come to the league with plenty of experience, after playing four years at Oregon. He has the arm strength to make all the throws downfield, and any team that is rebuilding needs to start under center, and Herbert could be a good one for years to come.

4. player. 30. . Wide Receiver. New York Jets. Jerry Jeudy

The New York Jets came off the bye this weekend, but it was the same old story, as they were absolutely throttled by the Philadelphia Eagles. The fact that Sam Darnold was not ready to play may have been a blessing, as Luke Falk was sacked ten times, as the Jets fell to 0-4 to start the 2019 NFL season.

When Darnold gets back, and the Jets get through this tough part of the season, they should be able to reel off some victories. However, based on their winless record, they would once again be picking early in the 2020 NFL Draft, and they may want to consider bringing in an elite wide receiver for their young signal-caller.

In the 2020 NFL Draft class, there is no better wideout that Jerry Jeudy from Alabama, who is going to be an absolute difference maker at the NFL level. While the Jets certainly need help all over the roster, this is the kind of WR1 any good young quarterback needs to continue to develop, and he should be available with the No. 4 overall selection.
