2020 NFL mock draft: Jalen Hurts lands with Titans
By Brad Weiss
The 2019 NFL season is in full swing, and after another exciting weekend of football, we take a look at our latest 2020 NFL mock draft.
We’re through five weeks of the NFL season. Already.
With teams full entrenched in the second quarter of their seasons, some are beginning to surprise, including the Oakland Raiders, who went to London and beat a very good Chicago Bears team on Sunday.
With that said, here is our latest 2020 NFL mock draft.

With their loss on Sunday, and the fact that the Miami Dolphins were on their bye week, the Cincinnati Bengals vault into having the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. This season has been a train-wreck for the Bengals and first-year head coach Zac Taylor, but you have to believe good things are on the horizon.
Holding the first overall pick in any draft is exciting, but it also means that your team was absolutely horrendous the year before, unless you traded for the pick. The Bengals have to revamp this roster in a big way, and it does not get any better than to be able to bring in your new franchise quarterback.
While Justin Herbert and Tua Tagovailoa seem to be neck-and-neck in terms of who the best quarterback in this draft class is, the edge goes to Tua as we enter Week 6 of the NFL season. All eyes will be on how he finishes up what will be his last season at Alabama, and if the Bengals are picking at No. 1, look for them to nab him to be the successor to Andy Dalton.
The Washington Redskins proved on Monday morning that they have no class, making Jay Gruden get up at 5am and come to the office to be fired. The truth is, they could have let him go after the team’s latest game, a 33-7 drubbing at the hands of the New England Patriots, who dominated the Redskins on both sides of the ball after the Skins got out to a 7-0 lead.
Bill Callahan will take over for Gruden on the sidelines, as the franchise prepares to make their move towards their next permanent head coach. With the drafting of Dwayne Haskins during the 2020 NFL Draft, this is a team that is not in need of a new franchise quarterback, so look for them to grab the best defensive player in this draft class.
Ohio State’s Chase Young is an absolute monster, and will be the kind of edge rusher at the next level that can turn around a defense’s fortunes from Day 1. This Redskins team has a lot of holes to fill next offseason, but Young would be a solid building block on a defense that has been downright bad at times in 2019.
