Miami Dolphins at Indianapolis Colts (-10.5)

The Dolphins (1-7) finally won a game on Sunday, and they will hang around in this one. Ryan Fitzpatrick is typically only good enough to break your heart, but the Colts (5-3) are dealing with a crush of injuries. They should still win at home, but the score come the start of the fourth quarter will grab some eyeballs on the bottom scroll.

Pick: Indianapolis 27, Miami 20

Los Angeles Rams (-3.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers

Huge game for both teams. Coming off their bye week, the Rams (5-3) need to get hot in the tough NFC and brutal NFC West. The Steelers (4-4), meanwhile, have won three straight and with a victory would be in legitimate position to nab a Wild Card spot. Winner vaults, loser sinks fast.

Pick: Los Angeles 23, Pittsburgh 21

Minnesota Vikings at Dallas Cowboys (-3)

Why would anybody bet on the Vikings (6-3) in this game? The Cowboys (5-3) have warts, but Kirk Cousins always shrinks in these spots. It’s an annual tradition. Dallas should be able to hold Minnesota in check enough to emerge victorious.

Pick: Dallas 28, Minnesota 24

Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco 49ers (-6)

Best game of the week. For once, Monday Night Football isn’t a laugh factory. The 49ers (8-0) and Seahawks (7-2) are both legit Super Bowl contenders and whoever wins has control of the NFC West. The difference could literally be the No. 1 and 5 seeds at season’s end, depending on this head-to-head series.

Pick: San Francisco 20, Seattle 19

Last Week: 8-6
Season: 83-51-1
