21. Baker Mayfield (LW: 22)

Mayfield finally had a game where he didn’t throw an interception. Progress! The Browns are 3-6 and barely clinging to playoff dreams. If they want any real path, it starts with more turnover-less games from Mayfield.

20. Josh Allen (LW: 18)

Allen is 0-of-16 throwing the ball more than 30+ yards this season, per Matthew Fairburn of The Athletic. To state the obvious, that’s brutal. Buffalo has a terrific defense and a good offense around Allen, but the quarterback hasn’t taken the necessary steps.

19. Ryan Tannehill (LW: 20)

Tannehill did little for most of Sunday. He only threw for 187 yards, but he directed the late-game comeback which will long be remembered in Nashville and Kansas City. The Titans are now 3-1 with him under center, and suddenly have life.

18. Kyle Allen (LW: 21)

Allen didn’t beat the Packers on Sunday night, but he earned a lot of respect nationally. With the game in a standalone window, the country got to see Allen make a handful of tight-throw windows while using some mobility within the pocket. All told, he threw for 307 yards, a touchdown and an interception in defeat.

17. Nick Foles (LW: NA)

Foles is slated to make his first appearance since a broken collarbone sideline him in Week 1. The Jaguars are hoping to make a late-season push behind him, after Gardner Minshew split his eight decisions.
