DraftKings NBA Power Forwards:

Best Bets:

I really don’t expect Anthony Davis to play here, but if he does, he can destroy the Warriors even in limited minutes. That said, I would much rather use Pascal Siakam in a full compliment of minutes against Portland.

I talk up Jayson Tatum and he proceeds to go 1-18 from the floor. Nice showing there, bud. Good looking out. That said, Washington is not good up front. There is potential for Tatum, but I totally get it if you don’t trust him after a night like that. It could also lead to low ownership though if you’re chasing that.

Honorable Mention:

There are revenge games all over the league tonight. One of the more intriguing ones outside of Thomas against Boston is Montrezl Harrell against Houston. This isn’t based on animosity. This is based on matchup. Those are the best ones anyway, right?

Draymond Green is still a decent DFS option, but he’s not going to take on the extra scoring load that we had hoped. He just doesn’t have it in him. Still, for this price Green can hit value with his defensive prowess alone…..if he can keep his ass on the court. He was tossed after 22 minutes on Monday.

Dark Horses:

I do want to take the time to thank DraftKings for not raising the price on Jae Crowder. He still hit value against the Spurs, so I really like him against Charlotte. Honestly, I didn’t see his marriage with Memphis working out. I saw it going the way of Iguodala. This has worked for both Crowder and the Grizzlies. I’ll ride this until they trade him or until he cools off.

Jaren Jackson broke the slate on Monday and his price went down $500. I’m not going to question the DK algorithm anymore. I’m just going to take advantage when it goes in our favor, like it clearly is here.

There are minutes out there for Marquese Chriss, but the Warriors are essentially the 2018-19 Pelicans down the stretch. Right now it’s an open audition to see who backs up all the stars next season. The rotations will have no rhyme or reason outside of Russell and maybe Draymond. How much risk are you willing to take with your lineups?
