NBA Draftkings – Top valued small forwards
Nassir Little versus Milwaukee Bucks ($4,100)
With the signing of Carmelo Anthony, Nassir Little still seems to be in a good position to shine and at a very reasonable price. He brought in 4% ownership on Tuesday while recording 35.3 fantasy points against New Orleans. This play may depend on the minute limit of Carmelo Anthony once again. Little is averaging .81 fantasy per minute but has exceeded his minutes per game by a wide margin.
This will be one of the tougher match ups against the Milwaukee Bucks as they are giving up the third fewest fantasy points to the small forward position with 33.89. They are holding opposing small forwards to just 16 points, seven rebounds and three assists per game. With it being such a difficult match up for Little, he may bring in low ownership once again.
Cameron Johnson versus New Orleans Pelicans ($4,000)
Cameron Johnson currently holds a questionable tag but that should change by lock time and he should be ready to continue his strong play. He has put together three strong performances in his past five games with 32.5, 225, and 32 fantasy points. He is also holding a usage rating of 19% while averaging .9 fantasy points per minute. Johnson also gets to go into Thursday’s game with a great match up against the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Pelicans are currently giving up the fourth most fantasy points to the small forward position with 47.13. They are allowing them to also average a double double with 23 points, 10 rebounds and four assists. Needing just 20 fantasy points to return five times value, Cameron Johnson should be able to help you pay up at other spots in tonight’s NBA Draftkings slate.
