NBA Draftkings – Top valued centers

Robin Lopez versus Portland Trailblazers ($3,300)

This is two nights in a row now where I hate digging deep in the center position for some value. Lopez is almost at the bottom when it comes to pricing but may be able to sneak by tonight. He’s averaging just four points and two assists in 14 minutes of playing time per game. He also holds a usage rating of 16% while averaging .67 fantasy points per minute.

However, Lopez and the Milwaukee Bucks are facing the Portland Trailblazers who are giving up the seventh most fantasy points to opposing centers. They allow them to average 21 points, 16 rebounds and four assist per game. If you don’t want to pay all the way up for Hassan Whiteside then paying down for Robin Lopez is the risky move that you could make.

Cheick Diallo versus New Orleans Pelicans ($3,500)

With all of the injury news of Derrick Favors and Aron Baynes being ruled out for tonight’s game, Cheick Diallo is in a huge spot for a boost in play once again. He recorded 15 minutes on Tuesday where he recorded 11 fantasy points due to two points, four rebounds, and two blocks. With no other centers tonight to help relieve the duty, Diallo should be in store for a lot more.

The New Orleans Pelicans are not bad against the center position so there is some risk in play. They are currently giving up 20 points, 13 rebounds and four assist to the center position while allowing them to record around 52 fantasy points per game. I’ve already mentioned about paying down for the center position but with the injury news already out, Cheick Diallo may be the one center to pay down for.
