NXT Women’s Division

10. Xia Li

Xia Li wasn’t in action this week but her performance from last week can’t be ignored. The top of the women’s division is crowded but her time will come.

9. Tegan Nox

Nox wasn’t in action but was a part of the skirmish to defend her turf. She will join team Ripley at War Games.

8. Candice LeRae

LeRae helped defend Full Sail against Smackdown and will be a part of the first women’s War Games match.

7. Dakota Kai

Dakota Kai has been very noticeable since losing out on her War Games opportunity. She loss versus the NXT UK women’s champ but looked impressive in defeat. It still feels like her story will take a turn during Takeover.

6. Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair drops a spot this week. She hasn’t been in action but remains a pivotal part of team Baszler.

5. Kay Lee Ray

The NXT UK women’s champ made her Full Sail debut against Dakota Kai. Defeating Kai with style points. Ray makes team Baszler even more formidable heading into Takeover.

4. Mia Yim

Mia Yim jumps into the top five for her gutsy performance last week. Yim will head into War Games with a huge chip on her shoulder after being robbed in last week’s ladder match.

3. Io Shirai

Io Shirai despite being number three is still the most exciting performer on the brand. She had a moment with her former teammate, Kairi Sane, in the invasion scuffle. Possibly these two run into each other at Survivor Series. Until then, the genius of the sky will be a highlight inside War Games.

2. Rhea Ripley

The Man Becky Lynch met the Nightmare to open the show Wednesday. Ripley stepped up to Lynch and challenged her to a match. Great match by both performers and showed why Ripley will be the future NXT women’s champion.

1. Shayna Baszler

Shayna and the horsewomen put a stop to a great match between Becky Lynch and Rhea Ripley. She’ll have her hands full this weekend in War Games and her champions match at Survivor Series. At the end of the weekend, she’ll still be the champion and sit atop the mountain.
